Each of these services is uniquely tailored to meet our clients’ business needs and begins immediately after order confirmation.

Because of the nature of our work, all our services are strictly non-refundable.

Once a project is initiated, our team begins dedicating time, tools, and resources from Day 1—including website setup, domain purchase, hosting configuration, strategy planning, and more. These are not reusable or transferable once delivered or initiated. This immediate allocation of effort, infrastructure, and customisation means there is no scope to reverse the process or reassign the assets.

This policy is in place to protect the value of our team's creative and technical effort, time commitment, and third-party costs like domain purchases or hosting plans, which are non-recoverable. Additionally, the nature of digital services means that once they are deployed or accessed, they cannot be “returned” like physical products.

Therefore, WebBrandify does not offer refunds for:

  • Website design or redesign services

  • Logo or branding packages

  • Hosting setup and domain registration

  • SEO and digital marketing strategy services

  • Paid consultations or business roadmap sessions

  • Any customised services delivered through our platform

Affiliate Tools & Third-Party Products

Refunds are only possible for select affiliate tools or software purchased through WebBrandify, but are strictly subject to the individual provider’s refund policy. If the tool or service allows for a refund, you must initiate the request with valid proof (such as a payment receipt and screenshot of the issue) within the eligible timeframe. WebBrandify only facilitates the link and recommendation; the refund responsibility lies with the tool provider, not with us.

We do not offer refunds for affiliate purchases where:

  • The product is not eligible under the third party's refund terms

  • The request was made after the refund window closed

  • The user failed to follow the installation/setup instructions
